Government restrictions for dental treatments are at level 1. We are now able to see patients for a broader range of dental issues. You may notice that things will look a little different, but we are still adhering to and practising strict COVID-19 precautions and screening. What happens now?

A friendly team member will be in contact with you to confirm this appointment either by phone or email.

What to bring to your appointment?

  • Health Fund card - If you have private health insurance with dental extras, bring this along as we can claim on the spot which means you will pay less or no out of pocket expenses.

  • Medicare card - If your child is eligible for the Child Dental Benefits Schedule, bring your Medicare card along to help us check eligibility and to process any claims on the day. A parent or guardian will need to be present for school age children.

  • Queensland Health Voucher holder - Please bring your current voucher number that was sent to your postal address or mobile phone. Also bring a valid concession card and a form of ID such as a drivers license or medicare card.

  • Medications can sometimes influence the treatment we provide. Please let us know what medications you are taking so that we can provide the best possible care.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment as we may need you to fill out some paper work and to allow you to be seen on time. Alternatively click on the button below to download the form and save yourself some time

Payment

  • For your convenience we accept cash, EFTPOS and have credit card facilities ( AMEX, Visa and Mastercard). Full payment is expected on the day of consultation and treatment.

  • We understand that sometimes appointments will need to be cancelled at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances. Please give us 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
